Returns / Refund / Reprint Policy

We reserve the right to update and revise this Returns/Refund/Reprint Policy without prior notice in response to changes in our services, policies, or customer feedback. When updates are made, the “last updated” date above will be changed accordingly. Please review this policy frequently, as the most current version will apply to any orders placed with Design Print Plus More.
We guarantee that our printed products will meet industry standards and be free from defects. Should you encounter any general issues with your print job, please contact our Customer Service Department — a Design Print Plus More representative will gladly assist you.
If you believe your print job is defective or does not meet your expectations, you must notify Design Print Plus More in writing through our online support system within six (6) business days of receiving your order. If you fail to contact us within that timeframe, we will consider the job satisfactory upon delivery and will not be obligated to offer a refund or reprint.
After your inquiry is submitted, we will take up to five (5) business days to assess the situation and determine whether a reprint or refund is warranted. In some cases, we may request additional information. If the requested information is not provided in a timely manner, we will not be obligated to proceed with a refund or reprint.
If we determine that a product is indeed defective or below standard, one of the following resolutions will be provided:
A reprint of the original job with rush production.
A full refund of the original order price.
We may request physical samples of the allegedly defective product before proceeding with either resolution.
Once we have confirmed the solution, a Customer Service representative will reach out to you within 24–48 hours. If we do not hear back from you within five (5) business days of our initial attempt to communicate the approved resolution, we will assume the issue has been resolved and no further action will be taken. Unless otherwise agreed, you must return the full original print order to the address provided by our team within 15 calendar days of approval. If the return is not received within this period, your credit card on file may be charged for the original order cost.
Refunds or reprints are only available once a resolution has been approved and the original order has been returned and received — unless otherwise agreed upon.
When a refund is issued, it will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the original product. If a reprint is approved, rush production will begin within one (1) business day of receiving the returned product (or sooner if agreed upon).
This is Design Print Plus More‘s sole responsibility for defective products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Design Print Plus More is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, goodwill, or data — even if previously advised of such possibilities.
The following are not valid reasons for refunds, returns, or reprints:
Orders refused upon delivery or deemed undeliverable. (We can reship at your expense upon request.)
Incorrect shipping address submitted by the customer resulting in loss, delay, or return of products. (Reshipment is available at an additional cost.)
Production or delivery delays caused by inaccurate customer-provided information.
Delays due to shipping carrier issues, natural disasters, government actions, labor disruptions, or any events beyond our control.
Color shifts due to artwork being submitted in RGB or PMS instead of CMYK.
File errors including but not limited to misspellings, poor image resolution, incorrect bleeds, grammar issues, and improper formatting.
Low-resolution files or artwork submitted below 300 DPI at 1:1 ratio.
Minor color or ink density variations — Design Print Plus More does not color match.
Issues printing or writing on coated products unless specifically noted in the product description.
Duplicate orders submitted in error by the customer.
Orders canceled after entering production.
Dated materials arriving after intended use due to late ordering.
Violations of the Terms and Conditions of Design Print Plus More’s website or services.
Undetected malicious code or viruses within submitted files.
Loss or damage to order history or personal data stored with us.
Our failure to notify you of order status or shipping delays.
Delivery releases made without signature by the shipping carrier.
Please note that any assistance or advice provided by our team, either on our website or via Customer Service, does not constitute responsibility for potential issues with any print order.
