Design Print Plus More reserves the right to update or revise this Shipping Policy and Guidelines at any time, without prior notice, to reflect changes in our services, operations, or customer feedback. When updates are made, the “last updated” date above will be adjusted. Please check this page regularly, as the current Shipping Policy will apply to all orders placed with Design Print Plus More.

Shipping Options and Services

If your order is processed at a Design Print Plus More facility near your location, you may be eligible for local pickup or local delivery service. We offer several shipping methods through trusted carriers such as FedEx and UPS. Our standard shipping method is Ground Shipping, and the most efficient rate will be automatically presented during checkout — although you may select an alternative shipping method if preferred.

For any dated or time-sensitive materials, we strongly recommend avoiding Standard Shipping and planning your order timeline carefully to ensure timely delivery.

Shipping Rates and Responsibility

Shipping charges are based on carrier rates and may vary. Saturday delivery is available at an additional cost — please contact our shipping department for more information. All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, meaning ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • For local pickups: Ownership transfers once you or your agent takes possession.

  • For local deliveries: Ownership transfers upon delivery or once the package is left at the location (if no signature is required).

We cannot use customers’ personal UPS, FedEx, or third-party shipping accounts.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timelines depend on the selected shipping method and the destination. While we aim to meet all estimated timeframes, Design Print Plus More cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as we rely on third-party shipping services.

Production takes place at various company-owned facilities across the U.S. Your job will be assigned to the most efficient location based on your delivery address. However, certain products may be produced at specific locations, impacting shipping timelines.

To estimate delivery, refer to our Shipping Maps for ground transit times based on the production site assigned to your order. Please note:

  • Shipping Maps do not include the day the package is picked up or the production turnaround time.

  • Expedited options (3-Day, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, etc.) are guaranteed by the carrier.

  • Standard Ground Shipping is not guaranteed.

Always add the turnaround time you selected to the estimated shipping time to determine your expected delivery date.

International Shipping

We do ship internationally, but special arrangements may be required. Enter your destination address during checkout for an estimate, or contact us for more details. All international pricing is in U.S. dollars and does not include customs duties, taxes, or fees. These charges are your responsibility.

We reserve the right to decline international shipments to certain locations.

Changes in Production Sites

We may need to reassign your order to a different facility due to factors such as equipment failure, natural disasters, or high order volumes. If this occurs, it may affect your estimated shipping time, and you will be notified by email. Shipping Maps can help you track updated transit timelines.

Multiple Orders and Shipping Charges

Generally, each product is shipped individually and billed separately. Orders may come from different production sites, resulting in different delivery dates. If you order a package deal, there may be only one shipping charge, but products might still ship separately.

If you require synchronized delivery for multiple products, please plan accordingly — we cannot guarantee same-day arrival for all items.

Limited Group Shipping

Some product lines allow group shipping under strict conditions:

  • Orders must be placed at the same time.

  • All items must be the same product type, quantity, and turnaround time.

  • Same-day turnaround is not available.

  • All orders must go to the same address and have the same contact person.

Choosing group shipping may extend turnaround by at least one day, and if one job in the group is delayed, all jobs will be held. We do not recommend group shipping for time-sensitive orders. Once designated, group shipping cannot be undone or modified.

Shipping Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

It is your responsibility to provide a valid, accurate street address (no P.O. Boxes) and include a phone number. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or extra fees caused by incorrect shipping details.

Incorrect credit card info may also delay your shipment. Additionally, holidays can impact delivery times — plan accordingly.

Redelivery & Refusal

If an order is refused or returned due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address or failure to collect), it may be reshipped with added costs. You will be charged for:

  • Reshipping fees

  • Return fees

  • Original product and shipping costs

If you decline reshipment, you will still be responsible for these charges, which may be charged to your original payment method.

Changing Your Shipping Address

You may update your shipping address before the order is out for delivery. Any interception requests will incur a $12.35 administrative fee, plus any carrier-imposed charges. These fees will be billed to your card on file.

Delays Beyond Our Control

We do our best to meet delivery deadlines, but we are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Equipment failure

  • Acts of God

  • Weather or natural disasters

  • Customs delays

  • Labor strikes

  • War or civil unrest

  • Utility or system failures

  • Other uncontrollable events

We may waive rush fees if applicable, but order cancellations or refunds will not be issued due to such delays.
